Instant Messenger

In management it is important to keep a constant and efficient line of communication to all of those who are working for me. Instant messaging in the work place may be the easiest solution to all of today's communication problems. Just imagine the simplicity of asking for help when all people are required to be signed on when at their work station. Instead of walking all the way across the office to ask a question or dealing with the phone, an instant message can be delivered and an answer can be found easily. Maybe not everyone can be present for a meeting, a group chat would be awesome for having a discussion with anyone even if they are halfway around the world. Instant messaging drastically affects my major of business management by creating an alternative mode of communication to everyone in the work place.
